Sand Play Therapy

Dah lama rasanya tak menulis dalam blog ni. Saya sekarang dah jadi senior... Dah masuk semester 2, kira senior lah tu! Insya Allah banyak lagi nak kena belajar.

Weisure (Work + Leisure)

I heard about 'work should be fun' term about 4-5 years ago. Well... actually I heard about it since I was in school (that was 20 years ago), but am not giving any thoughts about it. And now, I am so curious to know more about that concept. How true is it... that work should be fun? Can we actually combine both and come out with the term WEISURE?
It is a fact that one cannot just leave work at work; not all of us can do that. In fact about 70% of Malaysian are so connected with work during their non-working day. For those who are so happy to be call a 'workaholic', this is not a bad thing to them. They can manage to cope with it easily. So why can we (the others) just mix the two and work with fun? What can't we work with leisure?
For me BALANCE is the key work that we need to use if we are going for weisure. Do not get stress while you are so commit with your work. I will not tell you on how to relax; it is your choice. But it is very important to know how to relax and when to use it.
Can't live without you hand phone? Why? Because you need it to update your status in Facebook, tweet with friends, play Candy Crush again, and again...? Well that is normal. So you (and me) really need your HP around with you all the time. But surely there is a time when you feel like throwing away your HP and smash it to the wall! Whats the reason? Because you have been chase by your boss all night long... by the supplier who asking about their payment... Or it is just you bad day.
If any of you forget about this, let me just remind you... human creates the device, so let us be the one who control it. Keep in touch with your work, but spend your time wisely to do other things as well. So, nothing wrong if you can leave your work at work. Be genius in planning and managing your time.
HAPPY NEW YEAR 2014 TO ALL!
