Stress Management Talk

I was invited to give a talk on the topic of Stress Management at Ramsey Sime Darby Health Care College in Shah Alam on 6th April 2017. It was a great 4 hours talk with few games in between. The feedback from 50 students and 7 lecturers were also very good. I gain more experience as well... as how to develop my own skills in giving seminars, talks and training.
