Bila setiap kali saya bangkitkan isu tentang perubahan, ramai yang pandang sinis dan cakap... "macam la dia bagus sangat nak cakap pasal berubah?"
To cut the story short, saya cuma nak petik ayat dari sebuah buku yang saya baca (terbitan Tarbiah Sentap) - "Tak perlu tunggu diri tu sempurna baru nak tarbiah orang lain. Dengan syarat... kena tahu level tarbiah kita tu macam mana".
Aku malas nak ulas ayat di atas. Korang yang baca ni pun dah besar panjang, so ulas le sendiri ye.
Aku nak kita sama-sama kongsi cerita sebab aku juga sedang melalui perubahan diri; we all do.
Berjumpa lagi di lain entry...

So Much Things To Do...
Sometimes, or for others it might be every time, we seems to get stuck in having so much things to do in our life... at the same time. We try to push our self to do it, but then we reach to the limit that it seems impossible to proceed. We seek help, but eventually we seek the wrong person. And that is when the disaster starts to build.
Am not going to tell you about how to manage your work, how to manage your school or university assignments, how to do handle your house work. The 'how to' will be yours to deal with. But let us get the real big picture here... how are you going to solve problems? How do you see yourself when you solve the problems?
How can you make priority on your work?
That is the thing! You just need to focus on getting a simple tiny thing to be done first; get the sheep to queue up in front of the barn instead of pushing them through the narrow doorway.

No Action, Talk Only. Really?
Kita selalu sangat dengar ungkapan berikut, "No Action, Talk Only" (NATO). Dan saya terpanggil untuk berceloteh sikit tentang 'no action talk only' ni. Betul ke no action? Now here this...
For me, when you do the talking or discussing any matters, it is actually the second phase of starting to do something. The first phase is just nodding and most of the time you don't say anything. More like practicing your listening skill.I will elaborate the second phase later. While in the third phase, you are starting to take action. Or you start yo table down all the discussions and talks and briefings and mouth fighting into writing. This is where you start to develop your plan.
So by only 'talking', you are actually (or theoretically) doing something. Call it communicating, and by its definition, it is some sought an action ready to take place. Again, you are not actually doing nothing. Put this way... you don't really do something during brainstorming. This is where you gather all the ideas, write it down and prepare yourself and your team mates for actions to be taken.
So when people tell you that you are wasting your time only by talk and talk and talk... tell them back that you are actually a step away on doing something brilliant! Yes you are doing something.
Stress Management at Workplace Training

It Does Not Matter...
I was asked on what is my preferred theoretical orientation in providing my counseling services. As the question reflects directly on my PhD thesis, I would say that... yes, I go with a single theory and am yet to consider myself as having eclecticism approach in my practice. So yeah... I would consider myself as a counselor who prefer to use the Choice Theory, Reality Therapy approach.
Then I asked myself this question... "Does it really matter on how I fix the problems of my clients?" Various studies indicated that it is a YES and a NAY; though I did not measure on the quantity of both side. As for me, at this right moment, I would say that it doesn't matter how I fix the problem as long as I'm being responsible to provide help.
Care to share your experience on your theoretical orientation choice?
