Objektif kami, untuk memberikan kefahaman kepada para graduan tentang the reality of work di luar sana. Mereka memilih kerja... mereka demand gaji tinggi.
Salah satu komen saya...
Kita bincang ilmiah...

Reluctant Factors on Counseling Services in the Workplace
This is going to be my next article. At the moment, am snowballing journal articles and books on this topic. Still at the early stage, but am getting more data as I already did some ground work onto it... a short survey at my own workplace.
The findings... either the employees or the employer are having 'skeptical' views about counseling services, still. It can be seen on the referred cases as well as the voluntary cases where clients are 'unwilling' to come and meet the counselor to have sessions. Other than that, the 'work priority' has always describe as a reason for not referring a staff to attend counseling session.
So how to handle this issue? What counselors can do better in promoting counseling services at their workplace? What counselors can do DIFFERENTLY to get people to feel comfortable for counseling services?
