WRITING THERAPY

I got stuck with my works at the office. More counseling sessions (which is good), few invitations to deliver motivation talk and seminar and my all time favorite... writing my PhD thesis. I have done my Chapter 1 draft and few pages of Chapter 2. Well... being a part time PhD candidate is tough... juggling with works, family and thesis writing. But above all, am having fun doing all these fun things around me. How about you?

So today am going to tell you about my next project. The idea came after flipping through couple of blogs, reading articles and journals... and yeah, I think I just wanna do it. Lets kick the ball! Its about WRITING THERAPY (just like what I am doing at this moment). Among the objectives, 1)to propel our personal growth, 2)practice creative expression, 3)feel sense of empowerment in controlling your life and 4)another way of expressing your thoughts and feelings.

I would agree that Writing Therapy will be much helpful in dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss in life, eating and sleep disorder, relationship issue, communication problem and anything that got to do with your unfulfilled basic needs.

So... now am drafting on the steps to be taken before you can enter this Writing Therapy and what are the things that you can write during this therapy. It can be as easy as "Write 10 positive things about your self" or "5 things why I can't achieve what I want". Or you can even write a poem. Yeah... why not.

Okay, for those who are interested to know about it, or willing to share some golden moment with me, or just wanna throw some great ideas about this Writing Therapy, feel free to comment below. BTW, this therapy is not new... and I am not the one who created it.
